1 Definitions

The following terms used in these conditions carry the meanings set out below—

• "Platform" refers to the tgy98 website, mobile app, and all related services.
• "User" / "Player" refers to any person who has registered an account and accesses the platform.

2 General Agreement

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Occasional delays may occur due to verification checks.

4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

If a player requests a withdrawal before meeting the bonus wagering requirement, tgy98 has the right to hold the funds until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

5 Welcome Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players at tgy98 can receive a 120% welcome bonus of up to 300,000 Ks on their first deposit. For example—

• Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 44,000 Ks. Before withdrawing, you must wager 24,000 Ks × 10 = 240,000 Ks in total.
• Deposit 520,000 Ks (or more) and receive a bonus of 300,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 820,000 Ks. Before withdrawing, you must wager 300,000 Ks × 10 = 3,000,000 Ks in total.

Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

5.2 Bonus Cancellation

tgy98 reserves the right to adjust or cancel a bonus for any player with valid reason, including—

• Bonus abuse is detected
• The player has provided false information
• Terms and conditions have been violated

6 VIP Program and Cashback Policy

The tgy98 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold—

• Bronze — up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 1.2% cashback per week

A player's tier is determined by their betting history and activity on the platform. Cashback is credited once per week.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tgy98 platform—

1. Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
2. Bonus abuse — opening duplicate accounts or attempting to claim bonuses fraudulently
3. Using gaming software or unauthorized tools (bots, scripts) to play
4. Threatening, harassing, or abusing other players or staff
5. Using any betting method that violates Myanmar laws
6. Syndicate play — coordinated group play that violates the single-player rule

If any of the above activities are detected, tgy98 reserves the right to confiscate balances, close the account, and pursue relevant legal action.

8 Service Suspension and Account Closure

8.1 Closure by tgy98

tgy98 reserves the right to suspend service to any player if—

• A breach of these terms and conditions is confirmed
• False information is found to have been provided
• There is suspicion that the account is being used by a different person

8.2 Closure by Player

Players may request to close their account voluntarily by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining balance will be paid out if the bonus wagering requirements have been met. Bonus funds that have not met the requirements will be forfeited.
